Position Overview
Identify new business opportunities, build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients. Collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluate current business performance and maximize business reach and potential.
Key Responsibilities

Position Overview
The Dispatcher/Rental Coordinator provides support in a fast paced, high volume environment by taking client calls for equipment and managing crews to complete jobs. Also maintains equipment tracking documentation and other duties.
Key Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to)
- Create/ manage crews and dispatch to client locations
- Coordinate, schedule and dispatch crews and equipment
- Maintain daily usage reports and know locations of equipment
- Oversee quality control initiatives
- Pull trip permits
- Be fit for duty (not impaired, limit fatigue)
- Direct trucking in yards
- Complete dispatch documentation (accurate directions to sites, client, equipment and scope information)
- Advise personnel about on route or on-site conditions and/ or hazards
- Ensure all work tickets are complete (billing, POs, AFEs etc.)
- Respond timely to emails and phone calls
- Assist in putting bids together
- Work with Safety/ Transportation/ Drivers to track and enforce hours of service and monitor fatigue
- Participate in weekly sales and management meetings
- Respond to emergency calls

Position Overview
The Solids Control Technician will perform centrifuge rig ins/ outs, inspections, servicing and maintenance on client sites and/ or Campbell yard sites. The position requires some out-of-town work and an ability to perform manual labor. Optimize solids control equipment on a broad range of drilling fluid systems.
Key Responsibilities
(Including but not limited to)
- Maintain communication daily with Supervisor, Dispatch and Safety
- Complete all required documentation fully and submit within required timeframe
- Answer your phone at any time while on designated shift (on call)
- Be fit for duty (clean shaven, not impaired, limit fatigue)
- Drive to and from job sites as required
- Ensure materials are adequately secured while travelling
- Work with rig crew to set up/ tear out solids control equipment
- Inspect, service and maintain pumps, hoses, stands and centrifuges
- Evaluate centrifuge and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot power, hydraulic, electrical and mud systems
- Maintain housekeeping on site, in shops and yards as well as in equipment/ vehicles
- Report all hazards, near misses and incidents to your supervisor
- Actively participate in safety initiatives of both Campbell and Clients
- Inspect, use and maintain PPE assigned or given to you
- Refuse to perform any task you have not been trained to do
- Assist other divisions as required (tank, centrifuge or wellsite)
- Follow company policies, procedures and practices
- Assist in the development of company policies, procedures and practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Work well alone or with others in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Lynx 20 and 40 centrifuge maintenance, repair and operation
- Knowledge of conventional and hydraulic stands
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of working with suspended loads
- Experience driving on radio control roads
- Understands importance of confidentiality
- High stress tolerance
- Understanding of mud reports
- Class 5 driver’s license minimum
- This position requires a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as tasks performed may be critical.

Safety Administrator
Grande Prairie, AB (9632, 78 Ave, Clairmont AB)
Provide full- time administrative support to the safety coordinator. Data entry, booking of worker training, maintenance of safety compliance sites and documentation received from field personnel. Training provided.
Compensations:
$25 / hr to start, day shift only, company benefits & health spending

Wellsite Trailer Service Technician
Campbell Energy & Environmental Services is an industry leader in providing quality rental equipment and service to sectors of the energy and environmental industry through Western Canada. Comprehensive training, benefits, and salary package will be provided to the successful candidate. We are seeking a Wellsite Trailer Service Technician for the Nisku AB area.
- Previous experience servicing/maintaining wellsite accommodations or camp facilities an asset but not required
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, hvac, general handyman an asset
- Willing to train the right candidate
- Must have valid drivers licence
- Travel in company vehicle required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime unsupervised
- Must be organized, responsible and able to deal with customers
